This form is intended for practices wishing to either publish practice vacancies or to ask for locums. IN ORDER TO REQUEST INCLUSION ON THE WEBSITE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE PASSWORD GIVEN TO YOU FROM THE Password Application form.

Practices have a number of choices.

1) I can add your PRACTICE VACANCY to the website for others to view the vacancy. I also email it to the circulation group of doctors looking for work or vacancies

2) I can add LONG TERM locums to the website for others to view the locum position. I also email it to the circulation group of doctors looking for work or vacancies. My defininition of a long term locum is (for example) a maternity locum for 3 months or longer.

3) If you want just a short term locum (for example a couple of weeks) then I will just email it to the circulation group of doctors looking for work or vacancies
